On this page, we will answer some of the questions that students and parents often ask about our training.
Q1: 參加訓練後要準備甚麼?What should we bring to training?

水壺、運動鞋、太陽眼鏡 water bottle, running shoes, sunglasses

外騎騎車:健保卡、安全帽、自行車水壺 insurance card, helmet, cycling water bottle

游泳:泳衣、毛巾、蛙鏡、泳帽 swimsuit, towel, goggles, swimming cap
Q2: 訓練週期是?是每次三個項目都訓練?還是一次一種,每次不一樣,三種輪流訓練?What is the training cycle? Do you train all three sports at once? Or do you train one sport at a time?

訓練通常是一週一次,但是如果特殊活動或是天氣不好等等問題,我們會進行調整 training is typically once a week, but we'll adjust it for special events, bad weather, or other issues
